Refund policy

At Korvexa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at danakizzdana@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
